1. Explain it simply
按照 (ànzhào) means 'according to' or 'in line with'.
Word order: Subject + 按照 + noun (the standard) + verb, as in 大家按照顺序进来.
按照 governs the noun right after it, so it must sit directly before that noun.
It cannot be dropped, moved after the noun, or pushed to the end of the sentence.
