1. Explain it simply
拿…来说 introduces a concrete example to back up a general point, like 'take X for example' in English.
Put 拿 in front of the example and 来说 right after it: 拿我来说 (take me for example), 拿这本书来说 (take this book for example).
After the 拿…来说 frame, add a comma, then say what the example shows.
Keep 拿 at the front and 来说 right behind the example - both hold the frame together.
2. Show examples
拿我来说,我经常锻炼。
Ná wǒ láishuō, wǒ jīngcháng duànliàn.
Take me for example, I exercise often.
拿…来说 puts 'me' forward as the example.
拿这本书来说,它非常有意思。
Ná zhè běn shū láishuō, tā fēicháng yǒuyìsi.
Take this book for example, it is very interesting.
来说 comes right after the example.
拿这家饭馆来说,菜非常好吃。
Ná zhè jiā fànguǎn láishuō, cài fēicháng hǎochī.
Take this restaurant for example, the food is very tasty.
The comment follows after the comma.
3. Share a tip
Say 拿我来说 to open with an example, not 我拿来说 - 拿 stays at the front.
