1. Explain it simply
在…方面 sets up a topic before you comment on it, like 'in terms of' or 'when it comes to' in English.
Put 在 in front of the topic noun and 方面 right after it: 在学习方面 (in terms of studying), 在工作方面 (in terms of work).
After the 在…方面 frame, add a comma, then your full comment about that topic.
Keep 在 and 方面 wrapped around the topic - both are needed, and 方面 always follows the noun.
2. Show examples
在学习方面，他很努力。
Zài xuéxí fāngmiàn, tā hěn nǔlì.
In terms of studying, he works very hard.
在…方面 frames the topic 'studying'.
在健康方面，运动非常重要。
Zài jiànkāng fāngmiàn, yùndòng fēicháng zhòngyào.
In terms of health, exercise is very important.
方面 comes right after the topic noun.
在音乐方面，这个孩子非常出色。
Zài yīnyuè fāngmiàn, zhège háizi fēicháng chūsè.
In terms of music, this child is outstanding.

Keep 方面 directly after the topic noun - say 在学习方面, not 在方面学习.
